All domestic orders are calculated by canvas size, weight, and zip code.
International orders (to select countries) are shipped with DHL, TNT, or FedEx.

Modest Art 88 covers all handling and packaging charges.
Please allow up to 1 business day to receive your email tracking verification,
and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.
Modest Art 88 is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Customers are responsible for paying additional insurance fees if preferred.

Sales Tax is charged to orders shipped within the states of New Jersey and New York.
The applicable tax rate for orders within the state of New York is 8.875%.
The applicable tax rate for orders shipped within the state of New Jersey is 6.625%.
The applicable tax rate for orders shipped within the state of California is 7.25%.
Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to states outside of New York, New Jersey, and California.
All painting sales are final.
Modest Art 88 does not issue refunds or allow exchanges to be made due to the originality of each painting.
Pieces are professionally handcrafted, wrapped, and delivered to shipment.
All shipping fees and international duty/tax are non-refundable. If in any instance a refund is granted, credit cards will be
refunded in USD at the exchange rate effective at the time of the refund. The cardholder assumes all responsibility for
any fluctuations in the exchange rate and/or fees levied by their bank. In order for us to provide the best customer service,
any concerns regarding orders must be received by email within 10 days of placing the order
or 3 days within the delivery of the order.

All Paintings are hand-sketched and painted, using professional acrylic paints and varnishes.
Standard orders take approximately 3-4 weeks. Additional fees apply for rush orders.
1. To begin to work a deposit of $95.00 must be received via Cash App, the Website, Zelle, or in-person if you’re a local client.
2. Upon request, progress photos can be sent. Following delivered photos adjustments (within reason) can be made to your liking.
For example: “I don’t like X about it” or “could we add X”. This will go on until your painting is complete.
3. If you are a local client, your order can be hand-delivered by Russell Scott in 1-2 business days,
otherwise, all orders are shipped out to arrive within 5-7 business days.
